If you need to return your purchase or you're not happy with the quality of the product, you may return to the Cadbury World store, within 30 days for merchandise products and within 48 hours for food products. With a valid proof of purchase, we'll offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds can only be made to the original method of purchase. In an event when this is not possible only an exchange can be performed.
Food products may be returned if they are within their 'use by' or 'best before' date and the packaging is intact. All other items must be in a fully resalable condition and returned in their original form. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been broken, melted, or otherwise damaged after leaving the store.
Any receipt discrepancies must be reported on the day of purchase, before leaving the store, as we are unable to make changes once you have left the premises.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
