Yes they are. You can find more information about our access at Cadbury World here. We have a number of adaptations to our site to help make us more accessible.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all of our guests, we can accommodate one guest who uses a wheelchair or mobility scooter per timeslot (every 10 minutes)
For our Cadbury Chocolate Quest ride, guests are required to sit upright unaided in order to ride and all riders must be able to self-evacuate with or without carer assistance in the unlikely event of an emergency evacuation. We have four modified vehicles which allow for a comfortable and easy transfer from a wheelchair or mobility vehicle, available for guests who are able to self-transfer. The role of the carer is to emotionally and physically support the guests in the unlikely event of a stoppage and/or evacuation. This may involve supporting and/or lifting their companion out of the ride vehicle, supporting them when disembarking 3 large steps, and walking up to the full length of the ride route. Please assess the ride and review with the Ride Attendant before riding.
To avoid disappointment on arrival, please make sure to let us know that a guest using a wheelchair will be visiting by booking a Wheelchair Slot for the same time as your desired entry here. Please note that prebooking a wheelchair reservation does not guarantee entry as a separate entry ticket to Cadbury World must have been purchased. When you arrive, you will be asked to produce both your standard entry ticket and your wheelchair reservation booking.
