Timeslots help us manage crowd flow and ensures that everyone has the best visit possible. However, during peak times, when our attractions are in high demand, we need to strike a balance between Passholders and day guests and we constantly review availability and release more Passholder slots where available, however as these often sell out quickly you may not always see these immediately.
