If you have not received an order confirmation either in your Inbox or your Junk then your order has failed and your money will be being held by your bank. This will normally be released back to you within 3-5 working days.
If you paid using Apple Pay or similar methods then please check your email for your confirmation associated with those accounts as it could be different from your primary email.
