You can change the date of your booking via our Booking Portal here.
If you are unable to use the booking portal, you can contact our team via Live Chat or Messenger which is the quickest way to get in touch! When this is available it will appear at the bottom right corner of this screen, please have your order number ready and the new date which you wish to visit.
Alternatively, please contact our Guest Excellence Team with the below information:
- Lead Booking Name
- Email Address
- Order Number
- Old ticket date
- New Ticket date
- Explain the reason for changing the date of your booking
All date changes are subject to availability and need to be for a like-for-like date.
